San Diego Saddlery opened its East County
location in November of 2007.  For several years prior, we
had operated as a mobile tack store, setting up at the local
horseshows and doing barn calls.  

The decision to open a full-time business was not an easy
one.  After several months of groundwork and research,
we decided that there was a need for the type of business
we had in mind
